What the franchise includes

The PREN franchise brings the brand, the systems, the training, and the launch support together so a broker-owner can open and operate a real estate office with structure — not improvisation. The office is yours: independently owned, operated, and licensed.

Included in the franchise

• PREN brand rights (per agreement)
• Local market rights (subject to the franchise agreement)
• Franchise Office Launch System
• Broker-owner & agent activation
• Recruiting + onboarding systems
• PREN Homes local office page
• PREN Platform
• PABON Academy
• PREN Systems
• Brand templates
• Local launch plan
• Training calendar
• Broker support
• Compliance framework

What it does not include

A clear model sets clear expectations. The franchise provides systems and support — it does not guarantee outcomes.

• A brokerage license — the office is licensed, supervised, and operated by you
• Brokerage services: PREN does not represent buyers or sellers, hold escrow, or set your commission plan
• Guaranteed agents, production, or profit
• Unrestricted use of the brand outside the agreement
• The ability to change brand standards without approval

Franchise opportunities are subject to proper legal documentation, disclosure requirements, and applicable federal and state law. This information is not a franchise offering. A franchise is offered only by a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) where required by law.
